Meet Your Tutor, Claudia
As a child, Claudia faced academic challenges. However, she was fortunate enough to receive invaluable guidance from fantastic tutors who helped her overcome her learning differences. This experience ignited Claudia's passion for education and drove her to pursue a Master's degree in Learning Disabilities.
Prior to becoming a full time tutor, Claudia dedicated her professional life to a private school specializing in students with language-based learning disabilities. In this role, she served as a Learning Specialist, offering personalized support to students in one-on-one settings. She specializes in literacy, writing skills, and executive functioning skills.
In her leisure time, you can find Claudia gardening, skiing, and indulging in pottery classes.
Credentials 🌟
Claudia completed over 50 hours of theoretical study in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at the Miriam Centre and interned for more than 200 hours.
She is also Orton-Gillingham trained, a highly regarded approach for teaching reading, writing, and spelling to students with dyslexia and related learning difficulties.
Claudia holds a Post-Graduate Certification in Inclusive Education, further enriching her expertise in creating inclusive learning environments.
